ps...that goofy looking guy sure has lost a lot of weight. Pretty soon you'll have to change your nick to the Incredible Shrinking Spence. Congratulations on a job well done...I know of a number of people who underwent similar surgery who did not do anywhere as well as you have done. Either they started eating too much (small/frequent meals), or alcohol was involved. If I had to guess I'd say you're down 125 or more vs. your start point. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Mein! I've lost 115 pounds, and I hope to drop another 70. The speed of the loss has certainly slowed, but now is the time to kick it into gear. Thank god for rugby practice!
It really shows. The last photo you'd posted was the silly one in the black shirt (mimicking an American Apparel ad), and that one was clearly taken many pounds ago...maybe after surgery, but before losing 115 pounds. You should be really proud of yourself. :)
