Two signs that the rats, if not fleeing the sinking ship, are definitely scurrying along the rope lines. First, someone is leaking to the Washington Times that Bush has lost it. Remember, this paper is the house organ of the Republican Party, with especially close ties to the Pentagon. Second, ole straight-talkin' Rumsfeld might be setting up a Whaaa? Me? defense.
