The Genius Of Flickr

What's so great about Flikr, and to a lesser extant Google Image Search, is how specific it can be. We've all had those moments where we wished we had a camera but didn't Well it's always possible that someone else did, and posted the photos online.















It was 80 degrees in L.A. today, hot and dry and dusty. I was feeling a horrible nostalgia for the cold, and I found these pictures of my Alma Mater, St, John's College in Annapolis, on Flickr.














I remember nights just like this, when the wet snow came down and this old colonial town was quiet as a grave.
